Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator who can support our sales team and also take the lead in reaching out to potential customers. The role includes handling inquiries, making cold calls, converting leads into clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with clients regularly.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales documents.

Maintain customer data and sales records in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for order processing.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Share daily/weekly updates with management.

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service preferred.

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Confident in making cold calls and converting leads.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
