We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales support, preferably from a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly between sales, production, and clients to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
Handle inquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain and update sales records, databases, and client information.
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.
Follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and repeat business
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support role in a B2B manufacturing company.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
