Role Overview: We are looking for Sales Coordinator who can support our sales team. The

role includes talking to customers, preparing quotations, following up on orders, and

coordinating with our team. The candidate should be confident in approaching and dealing

with customers in a polite and professional way. Female with Engineering Qualifications

preferred

Key Responsibilities:

? Talk to customers and respond to their inquiries.

? Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and sales documents.

? Follow up with customers for orders and payments.

? Keep proper records of customers, orders, and sales data.

? Coordinate with sales and service engineers for smooth operations.

? Manage emails, calls, and customer communication.

? Help the sales team achieve targets.

Requirements:

? Graduate in any stream (Engineering in Ele, EC, IC, Mech preferred).

? 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.

? Good spoken and written English is a must.

? Confident in approaching and handling customers.

? Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

? Good organizational and multitasking skills.

? Positive and customer-friendly attitude.

? Local candidates from Surat only will be considered.

? Female Engineering Graduates will also be considered for the in-office job.
