Responsibilities:



Collect and process customer orders. Follow up with clients for timely

payments and order confirmations

. Maintain records of orders, collections, and pending dues. Prepare invoices, payment reminders, and daily reports. Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth order & payment flow. Handle basic customer queries related to orders and payments.

Skills Required:



Good communication & follow-up skills Basic MS Excel & email knowledge Organized and detail-oriented

Qualifications:



Graduate (Commerce/Management preferred, not mandatory)
