Collect and process customer orders.
Follow up with clients for timely
payments and order confirmations

Maintain records of orders, collections, and pending dues.
Prepare invoices, payment reminders, and daily reports.
Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth order & payment flow.
Handle basic customer queries related to orders and payments.
Skills Required:
Good communication & follow-up skills
Basic MS Excel & email knowledge
Organized and detail-oriented
Qualifications:
Graduate (Commerce/Management preferred, not mandatory)
