We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and help drive company growth. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with order processing, customer follow-ups, and preparing sales documentation.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, quotes, orders, and deliveries.
Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM system).
Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure proper documentation is in place.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Respond to customer complaints or issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.
Ensure all sales-related materials and product information are up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
