Roles and Responsibilities:



Provide effective leadership and direction to sales teams in the North, East, Central, West/MH and South zones. Set clear expectations and goals for each team and zone, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives. Facilitate the on boarding process for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team. Manage the transition of sales team members from training to fieldwork, ensuring a seamless and effective process. Regularly monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and track overall team performance. Oversee Management Information System (MIS) and data management processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales review dashboard to provide real-time insights into sales performance. Address and resolve queries related to Lead square, ensuring optimal utilization of the system. Manage and process approval emails, ensuring timely approvals for relevant sales activities.

Additional Qualification and Skills:



Roles in this field require a bachelor's degree. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are crucial. Problem-solving, adaptability, and time management are essential for addressing concerns and meeting deadlines. A customer-focused approach, proficiency in technology, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams contribute to long-term relationships. Sales and marketing knowledge, along with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning, further enhance success in these positions.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
