Manage the transition of sales team members from training to fieldwork, ensuring a seamless and effective process.
Regularly monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and track overall team performance.
Oversee Management Information System (MIS) and data management processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales review dashboard to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
Address and resolve queries related to Lead square, ensuring optimal utilization of the system.
Manage and process approval emails, ensuring timely approvals for relevant sales activities.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
