Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Support



Help sales team with product info, documents, and price lists. Share catalogs, schemes, and promotional materials. Coordinate with sales, accounts, dispatch, and production teams.

Order & Dispatch Management



Enter orders in ERP/CRM. Follow up with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery. Ensure invoices and documents are correct. Track pending orders and update sales/customers.

Customer Management



Handle calls/emails for product availability, pricing, and delivery. Maintain dealer/distributor/project database. Support in dealer/distributor onboarding paperwork.

Sales Data & Reporting



Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Track stock and update sales team. Follow up on outstanding payments with accounts team. Provide MIS reports for management.

Internal Coordination



Coordinate with finance for credit approvals & claim settlements. Align with production team for stock availability. Work with internal teams for smooth operations.

Admin & Compliance



Maintain records of orders, invoices, agreements. Ensure discounts, policies, and approvals are followed. Assist in annual sales planning and budget preparation.
