Job Description

Responsibilities:



Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities, inquiries, and follow-ups. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices. Maintain records of sales, customer database, and payment status. Support sales executives in arranging meetings, demos, and client visits. Coordinate between sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth operations. Track pending orders, deliveries, and ensure timely follow-ups. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports for management.

Requirements / Skills:



Qualification: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under deadlines. 1-3 years of experience in sales support / coordination preferred (freshers may also apply).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,500.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
