Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues.
Support the marketing team during promotional campaigns.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a sales coordinator or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM software is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
