Coordinate with clients for quotations, inquiries, and order updates
Prepare basic sales documents like quotations, proforma invoices, etc.
Maintain customer database and follow up on calls/emails
Support the sales team with daily reporting and updates
Coordinate with stores and dispatch for order delivery
Handle after-sales communication and basic technical queries (training will be provided)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in
Electrical or Electronics
(must)
Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, Email, Document handling
Good communication skills - written and verbal
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
