We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales processes.
Strong English communication
skills are a must, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, the sales team, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and related documents.
Create product presentations, maintain sales reports, manage inquiry data, and prepare payment reports.
Experience with trade portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc., will be an added advantage.
Coordinate effectively with the sales and technical teams.
Ensure timely response and follow-up for customer inquiries.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Follow up regularly for payments and inquiries in a timely manner.

Education:
Any graduate
Experience:
2-5 years in a similar back-office or sales coordination role.
Skills:
Excellent

and reporting.
