Job Description




Handle

end-to-end order processing

for

pan-India clients

.


Ensure timely and accurate execution of client orders.


Support the sales team by managing sales materials, quotes, and

BOQ submissions

at the initial stages.


Address and resolve

customer queries

, requests, and complaints professionally.


Collaborate with

internal teams

- accounts, logistics, and technical - to ensure smooth operations.


Manage work efficiently during

month-end deadlines

, when workload may increase.


Roles & Responsibility




Familiarity with

order processing workflows

and client coordination.


Proficient in

Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

; knowledge of

SAP or other ERP software

is a plus.


Strong

communication

skills - both written and verbal.


Highly organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple priorities.


Comfortable working in a non-target-based, high-responsibility environment.


Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure, especially during closing periods.
