Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media regarding product information, orders, deliveries, and general feedback.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Mithai products, ingredients, shelf life, and special offerings.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
Sales Coordination & Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including individual, bulk, and corporate orders.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to confirm order details, special requests, and delivery timelines.
Liaise with the production team to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any specific customer requirements.
Collaborate with the logistics and delivery teams to track order status, provide real-time updates to customers, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Manage and update customer order records in the CRM system accurately.
Proactive Communication & Follow-up:
Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling based on customer interactions and purchase history.
Communicate promotions, new product launches, and seasonal offerings to customers.
