Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotations, and handling documentation.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments.
Track sales orders, monitor inventory, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM databases.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding products, services, and order status.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
