Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, Filing important documents and communicating relevant information through all medium of conversation. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales supports when requested.

Making quotations Promotional activities through mail/ call. Resistors maintain (Sales register, inquiry list etc.) Coordination with the other internal departments like billing, dispatch or sales. Collecting and Reporting Daily Marketing Activities from Marketing Executives of Different States Co-Coordinating supply with Head-Office and Marketing Executives Supporting Back End - Marketing Activities like sending Mails & Physical Mailers Letter Drafting in English. Must have a good knowledge of MS excel. (MS Word & Excel)
