To coordinate with the Sr. Sales Coordinator, Sales officers, Sales Executives, and Key Accounts Executives in the implementation of an organization's sales initiatives and strategies and reporting
To coordinate with the Managers, and E-commerce Personnel to get reports on the Market condition, marketing strategy implementation, Sales results, and team performance, and report it to the Director/ Management
To proactively participate in the overall sales process to help the team drive sales growth, dealer/ channel partner retention, and customer satisfaction
To handle coordination with Key Accounts Managers/Executives, maintaining relationships with Key Accounts, and resolving queries during the order execution process and after completing the order
Manage daily sales operations, reporting
Implementing sales strategies and processes
Generates reports regarding the status of sales, and policy implementation
Maintains file systems and database of sales records, reports, meetings
To coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to management and HR & Accounts
Prepare New Product Introduction (NPI) Sheets with all necessary details.
Fill up Vendor Registration Forms (VRF) accurately and ensure timely submission.
Maintain proper records of order history, client communications, and delivery updates.
Take appointments from clients for the smooth delivery of stocks.
Address queries related to dispatches, stock availability, and order status.
Coordinate with transport and logistics partners for seamless execution of deliveries
To timely respond to complaints from Dealers/ Channel partners for any after-sales support and solutions
To communicate effectively with the sales team and their Dealers/ Channel partners to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.
To provide sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.
To maintain data security and confidentiality
To act as a substitute in the absence of your colleague and take the emergent responsibilities
To fill up the Daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS Reports
To act according to company HR policies rules and regulations .
Education : Any Graduate
Experience : 2 to 4 Years of Sales Experience (Industry - Home, Kitchen, and Personal Utility Products Manufacturing - Preferred)
Skills : Team management, Data Management, Handling Complaints, Sales Process Execution, Relationship Management, Report preparations
IT Skills :
MS Office, CRM Tools, Data Reading and Analysis
Interpersonal Skills :
Good Communication Skills, Motivation, and Ability to handle Rejection, Verbal and written communication, Negotiations, and Objection Handling
Monthly Salary :
Upto 30,000/-
