Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-driven and tech-savvy Sales Coordinator to streamline sales operations using CRM software. This role involves managing field force tracking, verifying beat plans, coordinating TA/DA, and supporting event-based activities like exhibitions. You will ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:



CRM & Sales Activity Management

o Maintain and update records of leads, customers, and sales activities in the CRM.

o Monitor daily check-in/check-out status of field sales employees using GPS-enabled CRM tools.

o Ensure proper logging of visits and meetings aligned with the approved beat plans.

o Generate and share daily/weekly reports on sales team movement and performance.

Beat Plan & Field Force Tracking

o Review and validate beat plans submitted by sales staff across regions.

o Compare beat plans with real-time check-in data to identify gaps and anomalies.

o Coordinate with regional managers to optimize market coverage and sales frequency.

TA/DA Coordination

o Verify travel and daily allowance (TA/DA) claims using CRM data, including visit logs and locations.

o Prepare consolidated reports for HR/accounts to process monthly reimbursements.

o Ensure timely documentation and flag irregularities in claims.

Event & Exhibition Management

o Create events and activity schedules (e.g., exhibitions, dealer meets) in the CRM.

o Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for participation and lead capture.

o Monitor post-event follow-up and lead conversion tracking.

Reporting & Communication

o Compile actionable reports and dashboards on team performance, productivity, and sales KPIs.

o Support cross-functional coordination between sales, HR, accounts, and marketing.

o Act as a support point for sales team members regarding CRM access and functionality.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related discipline.

o 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM operations, or sales backend support.

o Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, or similar).

o Solid understanding of sales processes, beat planning, and field force management.

o Strong Excel and report-generation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
