Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales processes.

Strong English communication

skills are a must, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, the sales team, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate between sales team and clients , ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up. Generate leads from online sales portals and ensure regular follow-ups. Prepare sales orders, proforma invoices (PI), and follow up on payments. Create and maintain

MIS reports

and other sales documentation. Handle client inquiries and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Requirements:



Education:

Any graduate

Experience:

2-5 years in a similar back-office or sales coordination role.

Skills:

Excellent

English communication

(written & verbal), strong in

Excel

and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
