Quotation preparation

Quotation follow up

Monthly analysis sheets

Monthly progress report generation

Search data online of companies

Find key persons contacts

Find new products and existing products in domestic market

Search upcoming and running trends world wide related to our business

Visit fields and meet stores, distributors to get market data and analysis

Generate ingredient wise progress report

Others data related work

Organize all data as per companies and team requirements

Send all promotional mails

Continuous promotion of products

Prepare monthly data report of progress

Sample process and follow up

Meeting data and follow up

Other work

Order management

Dispatch management

Prepare daily order sheets and dispatch sheet

Call and mail communications of dispatches

Samples management and call and mail communications of progress and dispatches

Periodical follow ups for samples and repeated orders.

Prepare monthly data report of ingredient wise sales, company wise sales

Report to other team for business updowns of any clients

Handles all queries

Document support

Internal management with our plant team

Constant coordination with clients

Appoint new logistics and couriers and transports

Bargain with all logistics

Payment management

Ready to go to companies office for payment any where in India as per requirement

Responsibility of deliveries of consignments, samples and payment collections

Handling queries and solution focused

Increase sales of new customers and existing customers with office promotional activities

Increase sales of new and running ingredients with office promotional activities

Arrange virtual meetings with our field team

Convince clients to buy products

High promotions of our products

Client meeting anywhere in India as per requirements

Data report generation of progress of every task

Create presentations as per requirements

Prepare strategies for running product business and for upcoming trends business

Attend all exhibitions and expo as per instructed by company

Keep finding all products from all social media, TV media, News paper media and other all source

Develop a reach to each and every manufacturers

To have a strong bond with clients

Strong convincing and presentations of comparison of our products

Excellent communication skills over phone calls

Strong command in English and mail drafting

Prepare new business communication emails

Prepare new different formats and sheets as per companies' requirements.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
