Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Sales Coordinator
with 2-3 years of experience in the
pump and blower industry
. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, manage client interactions, and coordinate all sales activities to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and follow up with clients.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for pumps, blowers, and related products.
Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, order status, and delivery timelines.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Follow up on payment collections and support accounts in maintaining customer ledger accuracy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgeting, and market analysis.
Requirements:
Experience:
2-3 years in sales coordination, preferably in the
pump and blower
industry.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering's
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic ERP knowledge.
Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings.
Preferred Qualities:
Familiarity with industrial equipment and fluid handling systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive attitude and team-oriented approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
