JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Communication with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain
how these needs could be met by specific products and services in consonance with
Sales HoD.
2.

Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or


applications.


3.

Coordinating the registration process with various PSUs and government entities like


CPWD and the GEM portal, ensuring seamless compliance and operational integration.


4. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, and following leads from
existing clients.
5. Preparation and follow-up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms
with the client at a cost best suited for them.
6. Responding to Customer Queries and give On-sales support when requested.
7. Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed
strategies to improve.
8. Provide feedback to the HoD of the product design team so that products can be
tailored to clients' needs.
9. Coordination with Pre-Sales for compilation of Technical Responses for client
submission/communication.
10. Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information.
11. Answer customers' questions and maintaining their records.
12. Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or
other information pertaining to ongoing cases.
13. Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
14. Process initiate for installation and testing of products.
15. Verify that materials lists are accurate and that delivery schedules meet project
deadlines.
16. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems (if any).

SPECIFICATIONS:



1. Applicants should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong computer literacy are required.
3. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently is
essential.
4. Proven capability to collaborate effectively with management and team across all
levels.

Must have experience of 1 - 4 years in GEM Portal,

Tendering, Sales Documentations.
