Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and timely quotations as per customer requirements.
Process sales orders, generate invoices, and follow up on pending payments.
Maintain and update customer databases, purchase history, and contact details for seamless operations.
Handle data entry, documentation and proper filing of all sales-related documents.
2. Customer Communication & Relationship Management
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely updates on orders.
Ensure regular follow-up with clients to enhance satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Address and resolve customer issues related to sales, delivery, or order status in a professional manner.
3. Coordination & Logistics Support
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Monitor stock levels and inform the sales team about product availability.
Track shipments, update clients, and manage delivery-related concerns.
Work closely with the purchase team to ensure timely availability of pending materials.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or similar administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic ERP/CRM systems.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
