Job Description

Sales Operations Support:

Assist with developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales goals, and tracking sales data and industry trends.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, maintain accurate customer databases, and manage the sales team's schedules.

Communication & Collaboration:

Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments like marketing and logistics to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Data Management & Reporting:

Generate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to optimize sales strategies.

Customer Support:

Respond to client inquiries, grievances, and questions professionally and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Event Coordination:

Assist with planning and organizing sales activities, such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches.

Training & Onboarding:

Provide resources and guidance to new sales team members to help them onboard and integrate effectively.

Adherence to Policies:

Ensure that all sales activities and efforts comply with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
