South Goa Spa & Resorts Hotel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our luxurious hospitality services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the South Goa market and client preferences is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings and event sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
