Job Summary



Cateina Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Fresher to join our team as a Trainee: Executive Assistant & Presales Coordinator. This hybrid role is designed for a high-potential individual who is eager to learn and support both the strategic administrative needs of the CXO team and foundational technical presales activities.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical or business degree, a strong aptitude for technology (especially Cloud, AI, or Fintech), and exceptional organizational skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to launch a career in a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support: Provide foundational administrative assistance to the CXO team, including managing meeting schedules, organizing logistics, and handling professional correspondence. Data & Reporting: Assist in compiling data for Sales reports and Dashboards; learn to input and manage client information accurately within the CRM system. Documentation Creation: Prepare and proofread internal and external documents, including basic presentations, proposals, and official memos, ensuring high standards of quality. Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical) and track outstanding action items and project timelines. Presales Support: Under supervision, assist the presales team by gathering technical information, helping to structure product demonstrations, and preparing initial drafts of client proposals. Market Learning: Conduct basic research on industry trends (IT, Software, BFSI, Fintech) and company offerings to build foundational knowledge for client support. Client Interaction: Participate in client calls and meetings to capture notes and learn to understand basic business requirements.

Who Can Apply:



Experience:

Fresher (0-1 year experience). Relevant internships in a Business Development, Sales, Presales, or Executive Support role are highly valued

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Computer Science (or equivalent recent graduation).

Aptitude:

Demonstrated interest or academic project experience in technical solutions, especially related to Cloud, AI, or Fintech products.

Proficiency:

High proficiency in using AI tools MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Tools:

Basic knowledge or desire to learn productivity tools, including AI tools for research.

Work Model:

Must be available for full-time onsite work in Mumbai and willing to travel occasionally for training or local tasks.
