We are looking for a

for the position of

Sales Coordinator

. The role involves managing customer relationships, handling sales orders, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for satisfaction, reorders, and retention. Contact and interact with new customers to generate business and convert it into sales. Build strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Maintain updated customer databases and interaction records. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution. Guide and support junior sales staff whenever required

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles. The candidate should be Smart, confident and have an attractive personality. Good computer skills (MS Office). Strong communication and interpersonal skills
