Job Summary:



We are looking for a dedicated

Sales Coordinator

to handle follow-up calls on shared quotations and support the sales team in converting leads into orders. The role requires strong communication skills, organized follow-ups, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Make regular follow-up calls to clients on issued quotations Coordinate with the sales team regarding client responses and requirements Maintain follow-up status and client details in Excel / CRM Track pending, active, and closed quotations Share daily and weekly follow-up reports with the seniors Respond to basic client queries and escalate when required Ensure timely and professional communication with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English Confident and polite calling skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Good organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work in a team and meet follow-up targets

Experience:



0-2 years of experience in sales coordination / telecalling / follow-ups Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
