About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic, aggressive, and results-driven Sales Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, proven sales management experience in the FMCG sector, and the ability to motivate and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team of 5+ members to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports using Excel.
Drive on-field sales activities, client interactions, and market expansion.
Ensure achievement of sales targets worth ?50 crores in the FMCG domain.
Motivate and mentor the sales team to deliver high performance.
Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
Experience:
5-7 years as a Sales Manager (preferably in FMCG).
Leadership:
Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 members.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 7:00 pm), Saturday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm).
Field Work:
Willingness to travel for business and client meetings.
Performance:
Prior experience handling sales worth ?50 crores in FMCG.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and target-driven approach.
