Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Operations team at our facility on Sikar Road, Jaipur. In this role you'll serve as the central point for customer inquiries, order processing, logistics coordination and quick-commerce channel management. You will enable the sales team to perform at their best by ensuring smooth internal operations, accurate data tracking and timely delivery of products. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized and has proven experience in sales support and operations.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries promptly, process orders accurately and provide timely updates on order status. Enter orders in the system, track them through to delivery, coordinate with logistics to ensure shipments arrive on schedule. Maintain and update customer databases, track sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics. Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, scheduling meetings, ensuring that the team has necessary resources and materials. Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions and relevant documentation to support audit and review. Coordinate with Modern Trade (MT) and other channel partners to schedule shipment appointments and manage channel logistics. Manage and monitor quick-commerce platforms and ensure timely dispatch of orders, monitor deliveries and follow up on payments. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, operations, finance and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient workflow.

Desired Candidate - Skills & Attributes



Strong lead-generation and lead-conversion capabilities; ability to generate opportunities and ensure follow-through to conversion. Proven experience in handling a team or coordinating across teams; excellent team coordination and leadership potential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; comfortable handling data, creating dashboards, manipulating large datasets. Excellent client-handling and interpersonal communication skills; ability to build rapport, handle queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong channel management skills: working with various distribution channels and quick-commerce platforms. Highly organized with ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment.
