Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team, managing backend operations, ensuring timely communication between departments, and maintaining smooth order-to-delivery processes. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations Support
Coordinate daily sales activities between sales executives, distributors, and management.
Track and update sales orders, dispatch schedules, and inventory levels.
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Manage order entries, billing coordination, and follow-up with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
2. Communication & Coordination
Serve as the central communication link between sales, marketing, accounts, and warehouse teams.
Handle communication with channel partners, distributors, and retailers for order processing and issue resolution.
Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups, outstanding tracking, and incentive settlements.
3. Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer and distributor databases.
Track sales targets, achievements, and incentive programs.
Analyze sales trends and prepare insights for management reviews.
Support territory performance tracking and help identify underperforming areas.
4. Administrative & Documentation
Maintain sales agreements, price lists, distributor onboarding documents, and compliance paperwork.
Support team in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
Assist in scheduling sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches.
5. Team & Process Support
Support the sales team with product information, marketing materials, and client follow-ups.
Coordinate internal training or induction for new sales staff.
Ensure alignment of marketing promotions, discounts, and schemes with the ground sales team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or personal care industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and ERP tools.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
