Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling online sales platforms, coordinating with customers, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The role requires managing e?commerce portals, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales process end?to?end.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage e?commerce platforms such as TradeIndia, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and other B2B/B2C portals.

Manage product listings, updates, pricing, specifications, and images on e?commerce websites.

Generate and follow up on leads received through online platforms and marketing channels.

Build and maintain healthy, long?term relationships with customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical or product?related queries professionally.

Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, production, dispatch, and accounts for order processing.

Prepare and share quotations, order confirmations, and follow?up reports. Track enquiries, orders, and customer data using CRM or internal systems.

Ensure timely response to customer emails, calls, and online queries. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or e?commerce handling.

Hands?on experience with TradeIndia, IndiaMART, Alibaba, or similar platforms.

Good understanding of product listing, lead management, and online sales processes.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to resolve customer and basic technical queries effectively.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling). Good coordination and follow?up skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?33,085.83 per month
