We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
2. Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
3. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
4. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
5. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
7. Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
8. Strong follow ups coordination and do the lead conversion.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate degree
2. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
