Roles & Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads from various online lead sourcing platforms and business directories.
Conduct
initial screening and qualification calls
with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate and timely
updates in CRM software
.
Allocate qualified leads to the
respective field sales officers
based on zone/territory.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through
customer retention and relationship management activities
.
Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth order follow-up.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review. (optional addition if you want)*
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any degree (Preferred: Business / Marketing / Administration).
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination / tele-sales / customer support (freshers can also apply if skilled).
Excellent communication skills in
Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil & English

Basic computer knowledge & hands-on experience in
MS Office / CRM tools

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under timelines.
