Office "Siliguri"(Should be open to travel sometimes for business needs)

Salary:

Up to Rs 30,000/- per month as per experience

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Summary

:

The sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless operations between different departments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

- Process and follow up on orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Handle inquiries from customers and provide accurate information about products or services.

2. Coordination:

- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other departments.

- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

-Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

3. Administration:

- Monitor and manage stock levels, coordinating with inventory teams as needed.

- Prepare and track sales documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.

- Ensure all compliance and quality standards are met in the sales process.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

- Generate regular sales performance reports for the management team.

- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

5. Customer/Dealer Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers/Dealers/Distributors.

- Address customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.
