. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to help achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities-
Generate new leads through online research, market mapping, industry directories, and networking.
Coordinate with customers for inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Prepare and manage sales documentation, offers, and contracts.
Liaise with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
Assist the sales team in tracking sales performance, targets, and reporting.
Plan and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment follow-up, and documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
