Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team, customers, and internal departments.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for orders.
Manage sales order processing, billing coordination, and documentation.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up schedules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports.
Assist sales executives with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for order status and payment follow-ups.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (business/marketing preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in sales coordination or administration.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, and Email.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
