Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, queries, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and customer records.
Maintain accurate data in sales reports and trackers.
Ensure timely communication with internal departments like dispatch and accounts.
Manage emails, calls, and messages professionally.
Help in planning and execution of sales-related activities and exhibitions.
Track leads and assist in CRM/database updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA or Bachelor's in Marketing/Business Administration.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Industry Preference: Open to all industries; preference for manufacturing sector experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Strong email writing and formal communication skills.
Basic understanding of CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
