We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries (via phone, email, and online).
Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the external sales team.
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using.
Develop a solid understanding of the company's product range and applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Communicate with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor stock availability and lead times to provide accurate delivery information.
Track and report sales performance and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns when needed.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining a positive relationship with custom
