Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases (CRM/ERP).
Coordinate with clients for inquiries, payments, and deliveries.
Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations teams for timely execution.
Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and support proposals/tenders.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Monitor stock levels and update sales team.

Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software.
Strong organizational & multitasking ability.
Customer service orientation.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1+ years of experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service.
