Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Management: Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution and handle sample requests and follow-ups.
Coordination: Serve as a link between the sales team, production/factory, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.
Respond to client inquiries, provide product/service information, and
Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with clients and the accounts team to ensure timely payment collection through emails, calls, and reminders.
Sales Analysis: Prepare periodic sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to the management team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary - 20000 -22000/-pm (Depends upon candidature)
