Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily sales MIS and performance reports
Collect and compile data from sales teams and distributors
Monitor sales targets and performance across regions
Assist in planning and launching sales schemes and offers
Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely communication and support
Track order status, stock movement, and delivery schedules
Provide regular updates and actionable insights to management
Handle queries from dealers and the sales team promptly and professionally
Candidate Requirements:
Female Graduate
in any stream (mandatory)
3 to 6 years of experience in sales coordination or support roles, preferably in the FMCG sector
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
Excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with dealers and sales personnel
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Good understanding of sales operations, processes, and promotional schemes
