Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle lead calling, promote our IT services, and coordinate follow-ups. This role plays a key part in converting leads and ensuring smooth execution between the sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to provided leads and introduce company services
-Engage prospects and explain offerings to generate interest
-Identify potential conversions and pass qualified leads to the sales team for meetings
-Coordinate with technical team if the lead is cracked
-Follow up with sales team and clients to ensure smooth communication
-Support end-to-end coordination for lead management and sales pipeline
Requirements:
-Strong communication and convincing skills
-Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (preferred)
-Organized and good at multitasking
-Positive attitude and team player
-Prior experience in sales support/calling (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
