Key Responsibilities
:
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for sales-related activities
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Maintain sales records, databases, and reports
Schedule and track deliveries or service appointments
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow between departments
Follow up on outstanding payments and delivery schedules
Requirements
:
Female candidates only
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English
Good organizational and time management abilities
Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service preferred

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
