We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Pickup Trails Travel Company as a Travel Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our clients throughout their booking process and travel experience.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to provide personalized assistance and ensure seamless booking processes.
Assist clients in selecting the best travel options based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and promotions to provide clients with relevant and accurate information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of customer service.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products is preferred.
Proficiency in computer skills and experience with travel booking systems is an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
