Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, follow-ups, and order processing
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and client data
Handle customer inquiries, provide rate information, and ensure timely responses
Coordinate with operations for shipment status and documentation
Maintain records of new clients, contracts, and renewals
Office Administration
Manage office operations, files, records, and documentation
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and maintenance
Assist in HR coordination (attendance, leave records, basic payroll support)
Handle inward/outward correspondence, emails, and calls
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordination & Support
Liaison between sales, operations, accounts, and customers
Support management with presentations, reports, and data analysis
Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
Required Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of logistics processes (transportation, freight, documentation)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good email drafting and reporting skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Transport industry
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
Candidates residing near Prahladnagar / SG Highway preferred
