We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator (Female)

to support our sales team and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, maintaining documentation, and assisting with customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team with scheduling and documentation Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and post-sales support Maintain and organize sales records and reports (both financial and non-financial) Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Maintain inventory of sales-related materials or equipment

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good organizational and time management skills Customer-oriented with a proactive problem -solving attitude Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
