Job Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound & outbound sales calls

professionally Manage and respond to

IndiaMART leads

efficiently Coordinate with the sales team for order processing & follow-ups Maintain daily

lead records, client data, and sales reports

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders & payments Assist in achieving monthly sales targets Handle customer queries and provide product-related information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Female candidate preferred

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in sales coordination or inside sales Strong experience in

call handling & client communication

Hands-on experience with

IndiaMART portal (mandatory)

Good command over

Hindi & basic English

Basic knowledge of

MS Excel & email communication

Smart, confident, and target-oriented personality
