Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities and client communications.
Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and queries.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review.
Follow up on pending orders and payments with clients.
Support in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and client meetings.
Liaise between sales, operations, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (stationery/office supplies experience preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹12,693.14 - ₹30,707.88 per month
