Job description Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotations according to the Customer requirement.
- Coordinating with Respective divisions to prepare Work orders and generating Invoice against each purchase order.
- Follow up with Customers.
- Providing Support to sales Engineers for stock status, Technical data
- Preparing daily dispatch plan.
- Follow-up with customer for status of Quotations sent/ to get an idea of ongoing projects and future projects, accordingly inform the sales head about client\xe2\x80\x99s present and future requirements.
- Weekly updates on shipment, production, procurement, logistics, etc. status from the factory, and follow-up and keeping track of the overall sales process
- Proven working experience in the export-based industry is required.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English) and negotiation skills.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales coordination/manufacturing or export-related experience is required.
