Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator - Export & Domestic to support the Sales & Support Department. The role involves coordination between internal teams, customers, logistics partners, banks, and CHAs to ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and timely dispatch of orders from pre-shipment to post-shipment stages.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Coordination & Order Management

Coordinate with

internal sales, production, and PPC teams

for smooth execution of orders. Prepare and manage

sales quotations

, including quotation creation through

AutoCAD drawings

. Handle

Purchase Orders (POs)

, ensure order confirmation, and track delivery commitments. Provide

dispatch confirmation

to internal teams and customers. Ensure accurate and timely

order closure

in coordination with PPC. Maintain

live tracking of orders

from order receipt to final dispatch.

EXIM Documentation & Logistics

Prepare and manage

EXIM documentation

for domestic and export shipments. Coordinate activities

before and after shipment

(pre-shipment & post-shipment). Liaise with

Custom House Agents (CHA)

for customs clearance and documentation. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

Banking & Customer Coordination

Handle

banking documents

related to exports, including coordination with banks and bankers. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements as per trade and banking norms. Act as a point of contact for

customer coordination after order confirmation and before dispatch

, addressing queries and updates.

Reporting & Support

Maintain proper records of orders, documents, and dispatch status. Provide regular status updates to sales, production, and management teams. Support the Sales & Support Department in day-to-day operational activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
